- Overall responsibility for overseeing and managing assigned XELEO projects
- Preparation of project financial statements, as well as regular reports and documentation
- Collection, analysis, and evaluation of relevant KPIs
- Monitoring and ensuring project quality and cost-effectiveness
- Identifying opportunities for optimization and developing appropriate measures
- Working closely with team leaders to implement quality- and project-related measures
- Continuously optimizing existing processes
- Participating in daily and weekly coordination meetings with clients
- Serving as the point of contact for clients in coordination with the Head of Operations
